• Critical Valves in Networks should be cycled every 12 months but this is not always possible meaning that this can lapse into years without operation

• When cycling the valves an assessment of the condition valve can be made and if seized or broken this can be rectified straight away
• The status of critical valves is recorded for reference by the customer on customer compatible data bases
