• Some valves, such as plug valves have lubricated components aiding the valve operation. Over time this lubrication can harden and cause the valve to seize.
• This can also affect other valve types such as gate valves and butterfly valves.
• Using the H-Ject system a lubricant (WRAS approved) can be injected into the necessary locations to break up existing aged lubricant and then new lubricant which has a significantly longer life can be injected in.
• This method also works on fresh water mussels and other material build.
• This system can be done using H-Tap where the system pressure is high.
